The ZBW series prefabricated substation is a series of products designed and developed by our company to meet the needs of urban network construction. This series of products is a complete set of distribution equipment that combines medium voltage switchgear, transformers, and low voltage distribution equipment according to a certain wiring scheme.

This series of prefabricated substations is suitable for 12kV, rated frequency 50Hz three-phase AC systems, with a capacity configuration of 2500kVA or less in residential communities, commercial hotels, large construction sites, high-rise buildings, industrial and mining enterprises, and temporary construction sites. It is suitable for ring network power supply and also for radial terminal power supply.

This series of prefabricated substations has the advantages of compact structure, strong completeness, safe and reliable operation, convenient maintenance, and beautiful appearance. It has the characteristics of small size, small footprint, large selectivity, small on-site installation volume, short installation height cycle, and can move with the load center.

Usage environment

The ambient air temperature does not exceed+40 ℃.

The minimum ambient air temperature is -25 ℃.

The altitude does not exceed 1000 meters, and if special ordered transformers and low-voltage components are used, it can reach an altitude of 3000 meters.

A place with a vertical inclination not exceeding 5 ° and no severe vibration or impact.

The air humidity should not exceed 90% (+25 ℃).

A gas environment without conductive dust, explosion hazards, corrosive metals, and electrical components.

Outdoor wind speed shall not exceed 35m/s.

Product design features

1. The shell is designed with reference to advanced foreign technology and based on actual conditions. It has the characteristics of firmness, thermal insulation and ventilation, good performance, moisture resistance, small animal resistance, moisture resistance, beautiful appearance, and easy maintenance. There are multiple options for shell materials. For example: aluminum alloy precipitation, steel plate, composite plate, stainless steel plate, non-metallic materials (glass fiber cement), etc.

2. Load switches are generally used on the high-voltage side, and vacuum circuit breakers can also be used, with complete anti misoperation functions. As optional: XGN20-12L sulfur hexafluoride ring main unit, HXGNI5A, HXGNI7 and other ring main switchgear. Transformers can be oil immersed transformers, fully sealed transformers, or dry-type transformers. GGD1 (2, 3) type can be used for low-voltage room equipment.

3. The substation has complete protection performance, easy operation, high and low voltage metering options, and can be equipped with automatic no power compensation devices according to user requirements.

4. The top cover of the box is designed as a double-layer structure, and the interlayer is filled with foam plastic, which has good thermal effect. The high and low voltage chambers are designed with independent top plates inside, and the transformer chamber is equipped with anti condensation and automatic temperature control monitoring, heating, and cooling devices.

5. The box adopts natural ventilation, and forced ventilation equipment can also be installed. Dust prevention devices are installed at the positions corresponding to the louvers on the outer sides of the door panels and side panels.
